What is the cut off time to have an order shipped the same day?
All orders placed by 3:00 pm EST will ship the same day as long as everything requested is currently in stock.
Is the flat rate shipping option per item, per box, per order or per shipment?
The flat rate charges of $9.95, $11.95, $19.95, or $49.95 are per shipment. If you select an order to ship complete, you will be charged one time. If you select ship partial, then you will be charged once for ground and the order is split from both warehouses. If a complete shipment has multiple boxes, you are still charged one shipping fee
What is ship complete?
If you choose the Ship Complete option your order will not ship until all products are in stock. If you DO NOT choose the Ship Complete option Shore City will ship the products we have in stock and backorder any other products. Shore City Marine will then ship the backordered products as they become available.
How do I know if an item is oversized?
There is an oversized flag in the product download as well as an oversized warning indicated by the shipping box shown as yellow next within a product's listing.
How do I know if an item is HAZMAT?
There is a hazmat flag in the product download as well as a hazmat warning indicated by the shipping box shown as red within a product's listing.
What are the shipping restrictions on HAZMAT items?
Hazmat items can only ship via UPS ground to the lower 48 states.
If an item is marked “TruckFreight only”, What does this mean?
This product is too large for common carrier UPS or Fedex. This shipment will be sent via LTL trucking. The cost for these shipments varies, so please email info@shorecitymarine.com for an accurate quote.
Is there a fee for USPS International?
No there is no fee

Free shipping may not apply within the US to certain rural or remote areas, and large or bulky items.
Additional shipping fees may be incurred for remote areas, large or bulky items or items with hazardous materials. These fees will be displayed during the checkout process.
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing (certain items require longer times as is indicated on those product pages.)
Canada
Shipping to Canada incurs added fees which are displayed during the checkout process. Taxes and Duty to be paid separately by customers.

Items that exceed standard shipping limitations on weight and/or size are shipped via Truck Freight. Additional shipping fees apply. A signature may be required for receipt of shipment.
